Q: How much does it cost for a fully custom interior?
A: The price for a new interior designed, constructed, and installed in your aircraft naturally depends on its size and complexity. When you call, we will quote you the exact price for your new interior.
Q: How do I get started?
A: Give us a call on our toll-free number. We are ready to supply you with pictures, samples, ideas, and answers to all of your questions.
Q: How do I design my new interior?
A: After you contact us and receive your information packet, review it and the website photos for ideas. Call our designer to discuss your ideas or visit our showroom to test out the variety of design, firmness, and lumbar options in our demo seats and see different side panel and curtain designs, window frame covering options, and every color and style of leather and carpet we offer. We will guide you through every step of the design process.
Q: Can you provide replacement parts for my interior if any are missing?
A: Yes. We offer new headrests, armrests, and all interior plastic and trim pieces at additional costs.
Q: Will you replace my seat belts?
A: We provide a service that sends them out to be rewebbed according to FAA regulations. Many colors are available to match your new interior.
Q: What about replacing windows/windscreens?
A: The FBO on our field is a full-service shop and can replace windows and windshields, as well as perform any kind of mechanical and avionics work your aircraft may require. We coordinate with them so their work can be done along with ours while your plane is here. This conveniently decreases the time your aircraft must stay in the shop and saves you money by preventing overlapping labor time.
Q: Can you paint my aircraft?
A: We paint anything that we can remove from your plane's interior. This includes uncovered window frames, plastic trim pieces, etc. For exterior paint, we coordinate with paint shops to schedule our work around theirs. We remove your interior, you take your aircraft to be painted, we complete as much of our job as we can without the plane, and finish the rest when it returns. This convenience decreases your downtime and saves you money.
Q: How long will the process take?
A: Most jobs take 3 weeks or less.
